How to Download NLKT 2016 Registration Form?

A. First log on www.google.com and type "nlkt2016.com".

B. Click on registration tab in  menu bar.

C. After that scroll down your page and click on download button.

D. Last click on print button or download button.

E. Fill the form and send this form with these payment modes:

1. Caution Money: Rs.5000/- per institution (Refundable)

2. For Participants: Rs.500/- (per participant)

3. DD should be in favor of “Sports and Cultural Activity” payable at Gorakhpur. For Electronic Transfer to SBI A/C No. 30162074270 of “Sports and Cultural Activity” (Branch Code: 2578)

4. Registration Fee may also be accepted by cash payment
